It is consistent. Receptionists are friendly, always greets patients with a smile. They are able to sort out appointments to meet the needs of those who work. They are a brilliant team. Even if I move house I would still continue to come to this G.P surgery. They have served me for more than 30 years. Well done to you all.

Received appointment on the same day. Doctor was effective carried out the relevant test to ensure I have the appropriate treatment.
Haem reduction advise given to reduce lapse/relapse.
The reception staff are very helpful and supportive.

There is no problem with the care and attention received at Shepherd medical center. Doctor always give 100% care and all staff are pleasant and helpful.
